Over the past two years we have renovated and upgraded our facility in order to provide an optimal fitness environment for our members. LONGLIFE GYM believes exercise should be part of everyone's life. We realize with today's busy lifestyles there is little time for a fitness program. We pride ourselves in having a neighborhood gym that is competitive as far as amenities are concerned, yet not overcrowded or overpriced. Health conditions prompted me to take control of my weight and it has now become a way of life. I have learned through my own endeavors, personal well- being is achieved through a balance of the mental, spiritual and physical aspects of life. Most importantly, a strong exercise foundation is where it all begins. As the owner of LONGLIFE GYM, I truely believe that I can help people in my community attain their goals and realize their potential.
